Route 1: One Stop Shop
A registered provider manages everything — survey, contractor selection, grant application, and payment. Best for full-home retrofits. Grant covers up to 50% of costs.

Route 2: Individual Contractors
You apply directly to SEAI for each grant, get quotes from registered contractors, and manage the process yourself. More control, but more admin.
